Sankofa provides Business English communication training for professionals and organisations working in international environments.

We support teams who already use English at work but want to communicate more clearly, confidently, and effectively in real professional situations — such as meetings, written communication, presentations, negotiations, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Our training focuses on how English is actually used at work, not on generic language lessons or classroom-based learning. We work with real scenarios, real communication challenges, and the specific language demands professionals face in international roles.

Based in Barcelona and delivering training worldwide, Sankofa works with HR and L&D teams to provide:
	•	Tailor-made Business English training programmes
	•	Short, focused communication workshops (Flash Courses)
	•	Structured training partnerships for long-term development

Where relevant, we integrate cross-cultural communication awareness to help teams avoid misunderstandings and work more effectively across borders — always through the lens of English language use at work.

Our approach is practical, contextual, and impact-focused, helping professionals improve not just their English, but their effectiveness and confidence when using English in professional contexts.
