Sankofa Impact Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization building a global ecosystem to support Black women entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders across the African diaspora.

Through a digital community platform, immersive retreats, and seed grant initiatives, we create pathways for long-deferred dreams to move into action. Our work centers community, sustainable practices, and generational impact so progress does not come at the cost of wellbeing.

Sankofa exists to turn isolated effort into collective power by creating the infrastructure that allows Black women to build, grow, and lead together over the long term.
