Candice Brown

Candice Brown currently serves as an Internal Governance Officer and Compliance Officer at Sanlam, with experience in compliance roles across multiple business units since January 2019. Prior to this, Candice worked as a Compliance Officer at Sanlam Trust from January 2015 to January 2019 and held a Compliance Professional title at Sanlam from May 2013 to January 2015. Candice has also contributed to the litigation field as a Litigation Manager at Santam, dealing with recovery claims and indemnity matters, and has extensive experience in product development and legal advisory roles within the insurance sector. Educational qualifications include an LLB from Stellenbosch University, a BA in English & Public Administration from the University of Cape Town, and ongoing studies in Compliance Management at the University of Cape Town.
