Janine Thomas

Janine Thomas is a seasoned business consultant with extensive experience in financial services, retail, and public sector consulting. Currently at Sanlam since January 2020, Janine focuses on strategy, business, and operating model transformation. Prior roles at PwC South Africa included Senior Manager and Manager, where Janine led client engagements in operations advisory, specializing in business and operations development alongside customer experience design within financial services. Janine also has a background as an Assistant Manager in Financial Services Advisory, managing teams and engagements for large insurance providers. Early career experience includes various project management and analyst roles in the insurance and fuel industries. Janine holds an Associate in Management from the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town, a Business Analysis Course certification, and a Diploma in Project Management from Damelin College.
