Johan Moolman currently serves as the CEO of Sanlam Group Rewards since October 2023. Prior to this role, Moolman had an extensive career at FNB South Africa, where positions included CEO of eBucks Rewards, Head of Mobile Payments, and various roles in debit card management and analysis from June 2004 to September 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Consultant for BMW Group Financial Services South Africa in 2004 and as an Assistant Lecturer in IT at the University of Pretoria in 2003. Moolman holds an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIBS Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and BCom Honours in Informatics from the University of Pretoria, as well as completing education at St Alban's College.
