Mark James

Mark James, CFP®, serves as the Branch Manager at Sanlam since March 2014, overseeing compliance with company procedures, developing sales strategies, and managing the performance of sales teams. Prior to this, Mark held various leadership roles at Discovery Holdings, including Team Leader and Customer Relations Manager, focusing on improving service delivery and staff performance. Mark has an academic background in business administration, holding a B.Com and Bcom Honours from the University of South Africa, a Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance from Milpark School of Financial Services, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Milpark Education.
