Having held key positions at notable companies such as Honeywell, Airbus, and HCL Technologies, they have developed expertise in product design, project management, and organizational process implementation, including AS9100 and CMMI standards. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Sanlayan, Rushoth is recognized for their participative leadership style and ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. They also have experience in academia as a former lecturer at the Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
