Mari Irvan

Mari Irvan is a Human Resources Specialist II at SanMar since August 2022, responsible for creating and maintaining onboarding and offboarding programs while serving as a business partner for new employees. Prior experience includes a role as a Case Manager at People Assisting The Homeless from March 2021 to February 2022, where Mari provided ongoing case management for clients to achieve housing stability and improve wellness. As a Client Engagement Manager at Thompkins Community Action from June 2020 to February 2021, Mari served as a point of contact for clients to facilitate access to housing and resources. Additional experience encompasses a fellowship at the Washington State Health Care Authority focusing on substance use disorder prevention and peer health education at Cougar Health Promotion, where Mari was recognized as Peer Health Educator of the Month. Mari holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Human Development from Washington State University and a high school diploma from Hanford High School.
