Sierra Dingman

Sierra Dingman is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in transportation and fleet management. Currently serving as a Logistics Coordinator at SanMar since January 2025, Sierra previously held the role of Fleet Support Specialist at Ridwell, where responsibilities included tracking routes for numerous drivers across multiple markets and providing high-quality customer service. As a Transportation Manager at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., Sierra successfully led a fleet of drivers, ensured compliance with DOT regulations, and earned the Manager of the Month award. Additionally, Sierra's background includes roles as an Office Assistant and Residential Assistant at California State University Maritime Academy, where effective communication and organizational skills were demonstrated. Sierra also has experience in behavioral therapy and inventory management.
