Peter Nicolson

Peter Nicolson has a diverse work experience in quality management and engineering roles. Peter started their career as a Quality Engineer at NMB-Minebea UK Ltd. in 1989 and worked there until 1996. Peter then joined Thales as a Senior Quality Engineer for a year. In 1997, they moved to Sanmina and started as a Quality Engineer and subsequently worked as a Quality Engineering Supervisor, Quality Manager/Director, and Director of Quality. Currently, they hold the position of Director Quality and Operational Excellence at Sanmina.

Peter Nicolson obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria in the years 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quality Management at West College Scotland from 1993 to 1996. Additionally, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification at Sanmina in the year 2005-2006. In 2017, they earned a Certified Excellence Assessor qualification from the European Foundation for Quality Management.
