Steve Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Steve began their career as a Manufacturing/Automation Engineer at Lexion Medical in 2007 and later became the Manager of Engineering and Operations. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Director of Product and Business Development at Lexion Medical, where they successfully developed and launched various products for Laparoscopic and Robotic surgery.

In 2013, Steve joined Cantel Medical as a Product Manager/Commercialization. Steve then moved on to Central Research Laboratories (CRL) in 2015, where they served as the Global Unit Manager/GM and Product Manager for Life Sciences and Nuclear. At CRL, Steve led cross-functional teams and managed the P&L.

In 2018, Steve became the Vice President and General Manager at Urologix, a manufacturer and distributor of products for male urology and prostate health. Steve successfully led the separation and redevelopment of Urologix as a stand-alone business unit.

In 2019, Steve joined Caldera Medical as the Senior Vice President, Commercial. There, they oversaw the commercial operations of the company and played a key role in the distribution of medical devices for Female Pelvic Health.

Most recently, in 2021, Steve joined Sanmina as the Vice President/General Manager for Medical Disposables and Precision Plastics. Steve currently holds this position, contributing their expertise in managing and leading within the medical industry.

Steve Williams has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Steve also holds a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration.
