Tay C.

Tay C. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. From 2017 to the present, they worked at Sanmina as a Director of Quality, overseeing quality, lean six sigma, and automation for the South Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2017, Tay was a Lean Six Sigma Manager at Jabil. Tay also worked at British American Tobacco from 2008 to 2011 as a Production Development Manager, leading the Electrical and Electronics team. Tay's earlier experience includes working at Samsung Electronics as an Assistant Manager from 2003 to 2008, handling production quality engineering, process engineering, quality control, and training. Tay started their career as an NPI Engineer at Ericsson from 2000 to 2003.

Tay C. completed an Advanced Diploma in Materials Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology in 1997. In 1998, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick. In 2016, Tay C. obtained a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from ASQ.
