Cortney Schaefer, MBA, is a nationally recognized market access leader with extensive experience in strategic leadership and contract negotiation. They held various roles at Sanofi, including Senior Director of Market Access, where they managed a $3 billion portfolio and led teams to exceed access goals across the Eastern U.S. and Puerto Rico. Cortney also served as Director of Operations, where they developed innovative software tools and established critical relationships with healthcare decision-makers to enhance product access. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA in Finance and Marketing at Pennsylvania State University-Great Valley Graduate Center while also completing a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
