Daniel Mayhew

Daniel Mayhew MA(Hons) is currently the Global Head of Organizational Justice and Smart Assurance at Sanofi, overseeing initiatives related to ethics and business integrity. They previously served as the Director of Compliance Investigations at Amgen, managing teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific while focusing on compliance violations and risk management. Daniel began their career in law enforcement, holding various investigative roles, including Investigator and Detective Sergeant, where they managed complex cases and liaised with various governmental and security organizations. They earned an MA (Hons) in Criminology from Middlesex University, achieving distinction.
