Devrim Dirik is a globally experienced Life Sciences leader currently serving as Franchise Head for Sanofi’s Cardiometabolic portfolio in the Greater Gulf Region, where they drive commercial strategy and business performance in diabetes and cardiovascular disease. With over a decade in biopharmaceuticals, Devrim has held various significant roles, including Ethics and Compliance Director at Eli Lilly, where they optimized commercial activities and enhanced compliance practices. They have successfully led initiatives in omnichannel marketing, product launches, and sales force optimization across diverse markets including China, the USA, and the Middle East. Devrim holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and previously completed M.Sc. and B.S. degrees.
