Florent Faust

Florent Faust is currently the Head of End-to-End Global Sourcing, Manufacturing & Supply at Sanofi. They have a diverse background in operational excellence and manufacturing, having held positions such as North America Specialty Care Op-Ex Leader and Transformation Leader for the FIT4 performance program at Sanofi Genzyme. Prior to their current role, they served in various managerial and specialist positions at Merial and McKinsey and Company, focusing on lean manufacturing practices across multiple sectors. Florent holds an MSc in Quality Management from Cranfield University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
