Hyewon Song

Hyewon Song has a diverse background in clinical research and project management, beginning as a Clinical Research Associate at LG Life Sciences from May 2003 to June 2005, where responsibilities included managing Phase II-IV clinical studies and acting as Global Project Manager for a medical device study aimed at US FDA submission. From June 2008 to May 2013, Hyewon held multiple roles at Sanofi, including Clinical Project Leader, Clinical Research Associate, and Investigator Network Manager for the APAC region, focusing on strategic partnerships with investigator sites and enhancing clinical study operations. Further contributions at Sanofi included overseeing the Clinical Study Unit in Korea as Head and managing the Clinical Trial Application process. Most recently, Hyewon was appointed Clinical Trial Support Head and Head of Regional Study Management for APEMEA in April 2025. Hyewon holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from 이화여자대학교, earned between 1997 and 2001.
