Kumar Namdev has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Global Head of CMC Product Development and Industrialization at Sanofi since 2022. Previously, Kumar held various leadership roles at Sanofi from 2015 to 2020, including Head of Process Science and Head of Global Specialty Care MSAT-Drug Substance. Kumar's career also includes directorships at Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics and Chiron, as well as a role as a Group Leader at CuraGen. Kumar began their career as a Research Associate at Colorado State University in the early 1990s and contributed significantly as a Principal Engineer at Schering-Plough until 2001.
