Sonja Cools is a driven leader in the biotechnology industry with over 19 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, Project Management, and Manufacturing. Currently serving as Principal Operations Lead at Sanofi, Sonja ensures on-time and full delivery of products within the Rare Blood Disorder franchise while managing partnerships and crisis situations. Prior to this role, Sonja held various positions at Sanofi, contributing significantly to the quality and production processes of biopharmaceuticals.
