Yi Li is a function leader in biomanufacturing with extensive experience in process development and commercial manufacturing for biologics. They worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Scientist and Team Manager, focusing on late-stage development of Fc-fusion proteins and immuno-oncology antibodies. Prior to that, Yi served as an Associate Principal Engineer and Team Lead at Merck, specializing in bioprocess development for live viruses and other biologics. From 2016 to 2020, they held the role of Director of Global Manufacturing Science and Technology at Sanofi, overseeing product launches and process development. Currently, Yi is the Global Head of Downstream Drug Substance at Sanofi and pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering at the University of Delaware.
