Yi Wang

Yi Wang is currently serving as Patent Counsel at Sanofi, having advanced to the role of Senior Patent Counsel following a tenure that began in 2019. Prior to this, Yi was a Patent Attorney at Cooley LLP from 2016 to 2019, and held positions as a Patent Technical Advisor and Patent Agent with the same firm from 2009 to 2010. Yi completed a B.S. in Biology at Peking University and earned a Ph.D. in Plant Biology from Cornell University. Admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia, Yi possesses extensive experience in patent law.
