Aadil B. is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in leadership roles across various industries. Aadil served as the Head of HR for Nestlé Professional and Nescafé EMENA and the Vice President of Human Resources at Nestlé Group in France, where they executed HR strategies and managed organizational transformations. Aadil has a strong background in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations, having previously held positions at Fabi automobile and SMOBY TOYS S.A.S. Currently, Aadil is the People and Culture Director at Sanofi France, while continuing their educational journey with an ongoing EMBA at ICN Business School.
