Abdelsalam Tom, CPA, CIA, is a strategic and analytical finance leader currently serving as the Head of Account to Report for the International Region at Sanofi. With extensive experience managing diverse teams across Africa, Eurasia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia, Abdelsalam has a proven track record in developing and executing financial strategies, driving business transformation, and implementing effective internal controls. Prior roles include Finance Director positions at AstraZeneca and a Finance Manager role at Abbott Laboratories, where Abdelsalam contributed to significant operational efficiencies and revenue growth. Abdelsalam holds a BBA from the American University of Beirut.
