Alexandre Vessoni

Alexandre Vessoni is a Principal Scientist in Immunology, currently based at Sanofi, where they lead projects in Immunology and Inflammation R&D. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Vessoni previously held roles such as Senior Manager at Wugen, overseeing process development for human NK cell products and managing a research team. They also contributed to drug discovery in Immuno-Oncology as a Senior Scientist at Sanofi. Vessoni earned a PhD in Genome Instability and Tumorigenesis from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of São Paulo, following a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a visiting PhD position focused on human stem cells and neurobiology.
