Andrew Moraco

Andrew Moraco is a board-certified Pulmonary Critical Care Physician with extensive experience in medical education and clinical research. They have served as the Associate Director for the Internal Medicine Residency since 2017 and the Fellowship Director since 2022, actively engaging with residents and fellows. Andrew completed their medical residency at Rhode Island Hospital from 2010 to 2013, followed by a fellowship at UMass Memorial Medical Center from 2013 to 2016. They hold a Doctor of Medicine degree from Brown University, as well as a Master of Science in Chemistry from Yale University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Colby College. Currently, Andrew works as a Medical Director at Sanofi, a position they have held since 2024.
