Benoit Ferauge has extensive experience in procurement and crisis management, currently serving as Head of Global Crisis & Business Continuity Management at Sanofi since March 2003, and previously as Deputy Head of Global Procurement Indirect Spends. Benoit has successfully led global sourcing strategies, overseeing a team that manages €5.3 billion in spend and achieving annual savings of approximately €370 million. Past roles include Global Category Head for Energies & Real Estate & Facilities Management, where Benoit managed €1.2 billion in spend, and Regional Procurement Director for Africa and the Middle East, establishing procurement functions across 14 countries. Prior to Sanofi, Benoit held positions at Pfizer, where significant achievements included founding a procurement department, and at LVMH, focusing on sourcing for promotional items. Benoit holds a Master's degree in Procurement from KEDGE Business School.
