Brian Dempsey

Brian Dempsey is an experienced Operations Manager currently at Sanofi since 2011, overseeing packaging and oral dose operations with direct reports in engineering, maintenance, and operations. Previously, Brian served as Operations Team Lead in fill finish operations, managing production schedules and team communications. Prior to Sanofi, Brian worked at Genzyme Genetics from 2003 to 2011 as Manufacturing Lead for fill finish projects, where responsibilities included the startup of fill line operations and the establishment of manufacturing cell teams. Brian's educational background includes a degree in Manufacturing Management from IT Sligo and Front Line Management from Waterford Institute of Technology.
