Calvin Loo

Calvin Loo has a diverse professional background spanning various roles in military and corporate sectors. As an Aerial Cargo Rigger with the Singapore Armed Forces from February 2010 to December 2011, Calvin was recognized as Outstanding Soldier of the Quarter and was responsible for ensuring the combat readiness and safety of military airdrop assets, maintaining a zero accident rate in parachute packing and inspection. Calvin's experience includes a recruitment internship at CTES Consulting in May 2015, where responsibilities included candidate research, interviews, and logistical support for job fairs. Additional roles include an Admin Assistant position at Standard Chartered Bank, where Calvin managed IT processes for data migration, and HR internships at both Solvay and Sanofi, focusing on recruitment advertising, candidate evaluation, and HR data analysis. Calvin holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology and Finance from Singapore Management University (2012-2016) and participated in an exchange program at HEC Paris in 2014.
