Carla Sclear is an experienced industrial engineer with a diverse background in production management and quality control. At Alstom, Carla served as an Apprentice Line Manager, focusing on metro production and participating in cross-functional projects, and also worked in the Non-Conformity Management Department. Following that, Carla gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Takeda, analyzing microbiological contamination in aseptic environments. Carla's early industrial exposure included roles as a multi-skilled intern in a paint manufacturing plant and as a sales intern in a retail setting. Currently, Carla holds the position of Production Support Manager at Sanofi, contributing to the MARS project for digitalization and enhancement of production management software.
