Chen Yao

Chen Yao is a CMC Project Leader at Sanofi, where they lead multi-national and cross-functional teams to achieve milestones for late clinical stage mammalian projects. Previously, Chen served as a CMC Regulatory Affairs Global Lead at Amgen, contributing to numerous regulatory submissions and consultation meetings. Their career also includes a role as Director at ASKGENE PHARMA, INC., where they developed clinical stage biologics and managed operations, alongside experience as a Ph.D. candidate at Case Western Reserve University, focusing on Parkinson’s disease research. Chen earned a Ph.D. in Pathology from Case Western Reserve University and holds a BS in Pharmaceutical Science from China Pharmaceutical University.
