Cindy Lin

Cindy Lin is a senior scientist with over a decade of experience in immunology, focusing on oncology and autoimmunity while working in both academic and industry settings. Currently a Senior Scientist at Sanofi, Cindy has led the development of preclinical antibody programs and streamlined cross-functional collaborations. Previous roles include Associate Staff Scientist at The Wistar Institute, where extensive research on Multiple Myeloma contributed to novel therapeutic strategies. With a PhD in Clinical Haematology from Monash University, Cindy brings deep expertise in multicolor flow cytometry, immunoassays, and in vivo pharmacology. Their global upbringing as a Third Culture Kid has fostered adaptability and effective collaboration across diverse cultural settings.
