Colin Mitchell

Colin Mitchell possesses extensive experience in medical communications and publications, currently holding the position of Director of Publications in both the Respiratory and Rheumatology divisions at Sanofi Genzyme since October 2015. Prior roles include Associate Director of Medical Communications and Associate Director of Scientific Writing at Biogen from December 2013 to October 2015, and various leadership positions at Complete Healthcare Communications, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2013. Colin began a career in medical writing and scientific communication following a Scientific Communications Associate role at Eli Lilly in 2004 and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Chicago from 2000 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Behavioral Neuroscience from Rutgers University, obtained between 1993 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology/Communications from Indiana University Bloomington, earned from 1990 to 1993.
