Colm Murphy

Colm Murphy is an accomplished leader in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and sustainability with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Environmental Sustainability at Sanofi since March 2023, Colm leads the implementation of the company's Planet Care initiatives focusing on climate change, water stewardship, and biodiversity. Prior to this role, Colm was the VP of Global EHS at Ipsen, where strategic EHS policies and objectives were defined and cascaded throughout the organization. Previous positions include critical roles at Kerry, Diageo, and Organon, where leadership in health and safety management and sustainable practices was emphasized. Colm holds a Master’s in Occupational Health and Ergonomics and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Chemistry, along with a Specialist Diploma in Environmental Management.
