Dan Capcelea is the Head of iSystem Digital Shopfloor at Sanofi and the Founder and CEO of Coffee & Friends GmbH, a position held since 2021. Previously, Dan worked at Sanofi as a Team Lead Automation Systems and as a Trainee Automation Expert, managing innovation projects and a team of experts in automation. Dan also completed internships and worked as a student assistant at BASF in the Regulated Automation Solutions department. Dan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Technology from Hochschule Mannheim and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
