Danielle Bushen

Danielle Bushen is a strategic leader in HR Technology and Data Governance, currently serving as the Global Head of People & Culture Technology Strategy at Sanofi. With extensive experience at Mercer, they held multiple senior roles, including Partner and Global Portfolio Leader for Workforce Metrics, where they developed product strategies and led global operations. Prior to their current role at Sanofi, they were Senior Director of Talent Data and Analytics at RBC, establishing a roadmap for HR data governance and ethical data use. Danielle holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto and an MA in International History from the University of Waterloo, along with completing the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
