Declan Kelly

Declan Kelly is the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs CMC & Devices at Sanofi, bringing extensive experience as a Vice President in the pharmaceuticals industry. Previously, they served as Executive Director of Regulatory CMC at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Director of Regulatory CMC at Schering-Plough Research Institute, and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs CMC at Allergan plc. Declan has a strong regulatory background in both large and small molecule products and has successfully led negotiations with Global Health Authorities. They are currently pursuing a BSc in Analytical Chemistry from Dublin City University.
