Eric Lacoste

Eric Lacoste is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in Antibody Drug Conjugates Process Development. Currently, they serve as the Global Head of BioProcess Engineering for the Mammalian Platform at Sanofi, where they focus on ensuring process and technology reliability as well as executing seamless tech transfers in GMP manufacturing sites. Eric's previous roles include Head of ADC Conjugation Development and Head of Bio-Organic Laboratory at Sanofi, along with research associate positions at Case Western Reserve University and the University of Washington. They hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Université de Bordeaux, where they also completed a Master’s degree in Chemistry.
