With a career spanning various roles at prominent companies such as Merial, Merck & Co., and Sanofi, they have served as the Head of End-to-End Global Sourcing, Manufacturing & Supply and have consistently focused on operational excellence and lean methodologies. Florent began their career as a World Class Manufacturing Engineer and has held significant positions in lean manufacturing and industrial operations, enhancing productivity and efficiency across multiple sectors. They hold an MSc in Quality Management from Cranfield University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
