Freddie W.

Freddie W. is a seasoned leader in bioprocess manufacturing with over 22 years of experience in technical operations, project management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the MSAT Head at Sanofi's Influenza Drug Substance Center of Excellence, Freddie oversees technical aspects of drug substance production and leads a team of more than 65 professionals. Previously, Freddie held leadership roles at CSL, Amgen, Novartis, and Eli Lilly, where they successfully managed large-scale projects, technical transfers, and operational improvements across various facilities. Freddie earned a degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, graduating with a 3.78 GPA.
