Freeda Mendonca

Freeda Mendonca possesses extensive experience in customer relations and administrative roles within various industries. Starting as a Customer Relation Officer at Bharat Sanchar Nigam LTD from March 1999 to January 2005, Freeda advanced to Customer Relationship Incharge at Eurostar Rent A Car in Dubai, where client disputes and needs were effectively managed. From March 2009 to July 2015, Freeda served as Client Relation Admin Officer at Massar Solutions PJSC, demonstrating strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Freeda's journey continued at Sanofi Aventis as a Marketing & Sales Executive in 2008, followed by a current role at Sanofi as Commercial and Tender Admin since April 2016, focusing on producing high-quality tender submissions. Freeda holds a Graduation in Commerce from St. Mary's College in India, completed from 1991 to 1994.
