Friedemann Schmidt

Friedemann Schmidt has extensive experience in toxicology and drug design, having worked at Sanofi since January 2005 in various leadership roles, including Head of Digital Toxicology and Head of Computational & Systems Toxicology. Prior to Sanofi, Friedemann Schmidt served as a Research Scientist in Chemoinformatics at Aventis Pharma from October 2001 to December 2004. Friedemann Schmidt completed a Ph.D. in Physical and Theoretical Chemistry at Darmstadt University of Technology, where studies were undertaken from 1992 to 2001, and additionally participated in the SafeSciMet education program.
