Halley Pierce is currently the Global Medical Director of Rheumatology at Sanofi, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as the Group Scientific Director of Medical Affairs Strategy at IMPRINT Publication Science from 2016 to 2025. Halley completed a PhD in Biomedical Research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where they were also a research technician and PhD candidate from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, Halley holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and two bachelor's degrees from Webster University, one in Biology and the other in Dance, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
