Hande Şen

Hande Şen is a Senior Planning Specialist at Sanofi, where they lead production planning activities for over 20 customers and implement the Master Production Schedule for more than 700 products. Previously, Hande served as a Supply Chain Process and Method Specialist at Sanofi, contributing to the SAP ERP Transformation project and managing Supply Chain KPIs across multiple sites. Hande's experience began at Zentiva, where they worked as a Junior Supply Chain Process and Method Specialist and interned in Supply Chain Long Term. They hold a Master's degree in Marketing and Logistics Management from Galatasaray University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Işık University.
