Hou Boon Su is the Head of Source to Pay Delivery at the Hyderabad Hub, bringing over 22 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, and business outsourcing. The first 15 years were dedicated to building a career in Direct Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management within a global electronics multinational corporation, while the subsequent 7 years have focused on developing P2P Shared Services with a strong emphasis on user experience and compliance. Hou's notable roles include leading P2P Operations at Sanofi and expanding customer portfolios and team sizes at OSRAM. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science (Economics) and a Master’s degree in Economics Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
