Jason Dunklee is currently the Head of Smart Factory at Sanofi Mass BioCampus, where they lead Lean performance and continuous improvement initiatives. With extensive experience in operational excellence, supply chain management, and industrial engineering, they have worked in various roles, including as a Customer Service Field Technician at Solectria Corporation and an Operations Excellence lead at Maxiom Group. Jason holds a M.S. in Global Manufacturing from Boston University and a B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College. They have also served as a Teacher of English as a Second Language in former East Germany and gained hands-on research experience as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer.
