Jim Lekas

Jim Lekas is currently the Senior Director of Supply Chain Enabling Capabilities at Sanofi Genzyme, where they lead global supply chain initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. With a background in engineering and a degree in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Jim has extensive experience in supply chain management, including successful leadership in more than ten MRP II programs and various ERP implementations. They have also managed operational improvements and directed quality initiatives across multiple organizations, demonstrating an ability to handle complex global programs and work effectively in diverse international environments. Prior to their role at Sanofi Genzyme, Jim held senior positions at companies such as The Dow Chemical Company, Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials, and Shipley Company.
