Joan Young

Joan Young is a senior business executive in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive expertise in biologics, development, and launch environments. They strengthened the strategic alliance between Sanofi and Regeneron, enhancing collaboration and managing over $600 million in financial activities. Previously, Joan held various financial leadership roles at Sanofi, including Director of Finance and Support for Commercial External Partnerships and Head of R&D Service Strategy and Performance. Joan earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from La Salle University and began their career as a CPA at Coopers & Lybrand. Currently, Joan serves as the Associate Vice President and Head of Business Operations for Global Regulatory Operations at Sanofi.
