Laurent Capron, PMP, MBA, currently serves as Engineering Project Lead for the BARDA Pandemic Readiness Program at Sanofi since August 2019, leading a team of over 60 members in the execution of critical vaccine projects while achieving over 90,000 safe work hours. Prior to Sanofi, Laurent spent five years at BP, where contributions included leading innovation initiatives in Industry 4.0 and overseeing construction management in the Americas. Laurent's earlier experience at Novasep involved managing an engineering team and successfully completing over 100 domestic and international projects in the pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on process design and equipment commissioning. Laurent holds an MBA in Digital Transformation and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Drexel University, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and ENSIC, respectively.
