Mahsa Alaee

Mahsa Alaee is a Global Digital Transformation Leader with a focus on Smart Manufacturing, MES, and pharmaceutical operations aimed at enhancing patient access to medicines. Drawing from extensive experience in Quality, Regulatory, and Digital Operations, Mahsa has led impactful initiatives at Sanofi, including large-scale MES deployments and process improvements. Previous roles include Deputy Director across various functions at Sanofi Pasteur and QA/RA Manager at Novo Nordisk A/S, where Mahsa contributed significantly to compliance and operational efficiency. Mahsa holds a Pharm D from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and an MBA from the Graduate School of Management and Economics, among other qualifications.
