Mark Fleming has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Vice President and Pillar Head of North America Insights and Analytics at Sanofi since June 2005. In this role, Mark leads insights and analytics functions across all Sanofi Global Business Units, providing strategic input for commercial initiatives through market research and forecasting. Previous positions include Vice President of US Specialty Care Commercial Strategy and Insights and Head of Digital Analytics and Insights, where Mark developed data-driven solutions for digital platforms. With a strong background in marketing analytics and operational management from earlier roles at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals and Health Products Research, Mark has consistently driven significant improvements in data utilization and operational efficiency. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Biochemistry from Rutgers University.
